4 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon salt

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mix active dry yeast, 2 tablespoons white sugar, and 1/4 cup warm water. Let it sit for 10 minutes or until foamy.
2.In a large mixing bowl, add 4 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon salt and mix it well.
3.Add the foamy yeast mixture and 1 1/4 cups of warm water to the mixing bowl. Knead the dough for 10 minutes or until smooth.
4.Grease a baking sheet with 2 tablespoons of softened butter. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
5.Divide the dough into 20 equal parts. Roll each dough ball into a 7-inch stick.
6.Arrange the dough sticks on the greased baking sheet. Cover them with a kitchen towel and let it rise for 20 minutes.
7.Combine 3 tablespoons melted butter and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Brush the mixture over the breadsticks. Then sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt on top of them.
8.Bake for 20 minutes or until the breadsticks are golden brown. Enjoy!
