1 raw carrot , shredded
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon korean red pepper paste ( gochujang )

Instructions

4.In another small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, remaining 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and gochujang until smooth.
5.Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the potato mixture and toss until everything is coated evenly.
6.Refrigerate the salad for at least an hour before serving.
