Ingredients

2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/2 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped kimchi
4 cups cooked rice
4 eggs

Instructions

1.Heat 1 teaspoon of sesame oil in a large skillet over high heat.
2.Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
3.Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
4.Add the remaining sesame oil and chopped kimchi to the skillet.
5.Sauté the kimchi for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
6.Add the cooked rice and stir to combine with the kimchi.
7.Add the browned beef back into the skillet and stir to combine.
8.Make four wells in the rice mixture and crack an egg into each well.
9.Cover the skillet and cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
10.Serve hot with garnishes of your choice. Enjoy!
