Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mix together parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Rub the mixture over the roast.
2.Place the roast in a crock pot and add in the beef bouillon cube, red wine, water, and bay leaf.
3.Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the roast is tender.
4.Remove the bay leaf and discard
5.Slice the roast and serve with the juices from the crock pot
