1/8 cup olive oil

2 lbs chicken breasts
4 minced garlic cloves
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 small yellow onion , chopped
3/4 cup shredded monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend
3 limes , juice of , lime
18 flour tortillas

Instructions

1.To make the chicken marinade, mix olive oil, orange juice, salt, garlic powder, garlic, chili powder, red pepper flakes, lime juice, and onion, and mix well.

3.Let the chicken marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the fridge.
4.Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

7.Line each tortilla with 2-3 tbsp. of the chicken-cheese mixture along one side of the tortilla and roll it into a tight cylinder.
8.Place the rolled tortillas on the parchment paper-lined baking sheet with seams facing down and paint them lightly with extra olive oil.
9.Bake in the preheated oven for about 14 minutes.
10.Serve hot and enjoy!
