Ingredients

160 g dark chocolate chips
180 ml cream
60 g unsalted butter
70 g unsalted butter
37 g icing sugar
1 egg
12 g almond meal
125 g white flour

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2.In a bowl, mix together the flour and icing sugar.
3.Add the softened butter, the egg and the almond meal, and mix until the dough has formed.
4.Roll out the dough, cut out 6 circles and place them into your tartelette molds.
5.Freeze the tartelette molds for 10 minutes.
6.Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
7.While the tartelettes are baking, prepare the chocolate ganache by melting the chocolate chips with the remaining butter and cream in a double boiler over low heat.
8.Once the tartelettes are done, remove them from the molds and pour the chocolate ganache on top. Let the chocolate cool and set before serving.
