2 tablespoons cumin powder
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 teaspoons sea salt
2 teaspoons fresh black pepper
30 dashes Tabasco sauce

Instructions

1.In a large pot, sauté the diced onion, celery, and minced garlic over medium heat for 5 minutes.
2.Add the vegetarian beef, chili powder, cumin powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes or until the beef is browned.
3.Add the beer, tomato sauce, crushed & seeded tomatoes, pinto beans, kidney beans, and diced chili peppers. Stir well.
4.Add the cornstarch and Tabasco sauce. Stir again.
5.Bring the chili to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, uncovered, stirring occasionally.
