1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon salt
Tabasco sauce , to taste ( optional )
6 large eggs
salt and pepper , to taste
1 cup salsa
1 1/2 cups Mexican blend cheese , shredded
1 avocado , diced
1 cup sour cream
6 teaspoons cilantro leaves

Instructions
