Instructions

4.Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
5.Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
6.Punch down the dough and divide it into 4 equal parts.
7.Roll out each part into a circle, about 1/2 inch thick.
8.Place the dough circles on a baking sheet and sprinkle with flour.
9.Let the dough rise again for another 30 minutes.
10.Preheat the oven to 475°F, place a baking dish filled with water at the bottom of the oven, and bake the khubz for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
