Ingredients

1/4 pint milk
2 hard-boiled eggs , sliced
1 lb minced beef
4 tablespoons butter
1 medium onion , chopped
1 inch cube gingerroot , chopped
3 garlic cloves , chopped
1 cinnamon stick , 2-inch broken up
4 green cardamoms
4 cloves
4 dried red chilies
1 tablespoon coriander seed
1 tablespoon white poppy seeds

Instructions

1.Heat a pan and dry roast the sesame seeds and poppy seeds until golden brown. Keep aside.
2.In the same pan, add butter and sauté onions until translucent.

4.Add cinnamon, cloves, green cardamom, dried red chilies, and coriander seed and cook for 1-2 minutes.
5.Add minced beef and cook until browned. Add turmeric and salt.
6.Add warm water and mix well. Simmer and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
7.Add cashews and milk and simmer for another 5 minutes.
8.Garnish with sliced hard-boiled eggs and serve hot with rice or bread.
