Ingredients

2 tablespoons chopped coriander roots
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup fish sauce
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
coarsely chopped green onion , for garnish

Instructions

4.Add the chopped coriander roots and white pepper. Stir-fry for another minute.
5.In a small bowl, mix the sugar, fish sauce, and coconut milk together. Pour this mixture over the rice in the wok and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
6.Garnish with coarsely chopped green onion and serve hot.
