Ingredients

2 cups yogurt
4 tablespoons chickpea flour ( gram )
1/2 teaspoon carom seeds ( Ajwain )
1 teaspoon garam masala
salt
1 tablespoon oil
oil ( for frying )
2 onions ( chopped )
4 green chilies
4 tablespoons green coriander ( chopped )
6 mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
2 teaspoons coriander powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder

1/2 cup oil

Instructions

1.Pour 2 cups of yogurt into a mixing bowl
2.Add 4 tablespoons of chickpea flour and whisk well to make a smooth batter.

4.Grease a large, flat plate with a tablespoon of oil.

12.Leave the Khandwiyan to rest for 3-4 hours until it sets.
13.Once the Khandwiyan has set, cut it into diamond-shaped pieces and serve.
