Ingredients

4 eggs , 4 ( or as many as you wish ! )
2 green chilies , 2 ( or as many as you wish ! )
1 tomatoes , 1 ( yup.. or as many as you want )
1 onion , 1
parsley ( less than a handful )
1/2 green bell pepper , 1/2 ( if you wish to use them )
1 link sausage ( optional )
oil , for the frying pan ( I like to use Extra Virgin Olive oil , because it 's low in cholesterol )
1 teaspoon white ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder ( half Teaspoon or go-ahead make it hotter by using 1 Teaspoon ) ( optional )
1 pinch black pepper ( a pinch or a little more to make it more spicier )
1 pinch salt ( a pinch )

Instructions

1.Beat the eggs in a bowl.

4.Heat oil in a frying pan and pour in the egg mixture.
5.Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip over and continue cooking until the other side is golden brown too.
6.Serve hot with link sausage (optional).
