1 1/4 cups milk , lukewarm
4 1/2 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar

2 tablespoons butter , softened
1 egg , beaten

Instructions

7.Place the balls on a baking sheet and let rise again for 15 minutes.
8.Brush the balls with beaten egg and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
