1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder ( or 2 cloves crushed )
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped of fresh mint
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
1 -2 chopped green chili

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, chopped onion, ground coriander, ground cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, chopped fresh mint, chopped fresh coriander and chopped green chili until well combined.
2.Using wet hands, shape the beef mixture into sausage-shaped kebabs and thread onto skewers.
3.Preheat the grill to high heat and grill the kebabs for 4-5 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through.
4.Serve the sheek kebabs hot with a side of mint yogurt and fresh vegetables.
