2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 teaspoon cumin seed
2 teaspoons pulped ginger
3 cloves garlic , crushed
3 tablespoons fresh coriander

Instructions

1.Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat.

5.Add diced tomatoes and finely chopped spring onions to the wok. Stir everything well and let them cook for another 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes and onions turn soft and tender.
6.Finally, add fresh coriander and green chili to the wok. Mix everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
7.Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
