Ingredients

1/4 1/4 cup kerala red rice or 1/4 cup pink rice
1/2 liter milk ( not skim )
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 teaspoon ghee or 1 teaspoon clarified unsalted butter
10 cashews

Instructions
