Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 425°F.
2.In a small saucepan melt the butter over medium-high heat.
3.Add the flour, whisking constantly for 1 minute; slowly whisk in the milk.
4.Increase temperature to high heat and continue whisking for an additional minute.
5.Reduce heat to low, add salt, pepper and nutmeg; let simmer for 3 minutes while stirring occasionally.
