Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.In a large skillet, sauté chopped onions in olive oil until translucent.

10.Sprinkle shredded cheddar and Monterey jack cheese over the sauce.
11.Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
