1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons butter or 1 1/2 tablespoons margarine
1/4 cup milk

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a large pot, bring the water to a boil and add the potatoes, carrots, and onion. Boil until the vegetables are tender, then drain the water.
3.Mash the cooked vegetables until they are smooth and add the beef bouillon, Worcestershire sauce, vegetable oil, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
4.In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain off any excess fat.

6.Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch (23cm) baking dish and smooth out the top.
