Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix together 1 cup flour, 1 1/4 cups water and yeast, cover and let sit at room temperature for 24 hours.
2.After 24 hours, add to the mixture 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk and 1 cup sugar. Stir well and cover loosely, letting it sit on your kitchen counter for another 24 hours.
3.After 24 hours, stir the mixture with a wooden spoon and add 2 eggs, 2/3 cup vegetable oil and 2 cups flour. Mix well and divide the mixture into four equal portions.
4.Preheat your oven at 325°F. Grease and flour one 9x13 inch baking pan. Combine 1 cup sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and blend well into the mixture.
5.Add in vanilla, crushed pineapple, raisins and chopped nuts. Mix well. Pour the mixture into the greased pan and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
