1 lb filet of beef ( approximately 32 cubes ) or 1 lb steak , cut into 3/4-inch cubes ( approximately 32 cubes )
1/2 lb beef suet , finely chopped or 1/2 lb bacon , cut into 1/2-inch cubes

2 tablespoons parsley , finely chopped
1/2 cup olive oil or 1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground coriander ( optional )
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin ( optional )

Instructions
