3 -6 cups reduced-sodium fat-free chicken broth , as needed
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2.Add sausage and cook, breaking up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 8 minutes.
3.Add onion, green pepper, and celery; cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
4.Add artichokes; cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
5.Add stuffing mix and chicken broth, starting with 3 cups and adding more as needed, until everything is well combined and moistened.
6.Turn off heat and stir in Parmesan cheese.
7.Serve hot and enjoy!
