Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 320 degrees F (160 degrees C).

8.Once the cake is done, remove it from the oven and use a sharp knife to loosen the edges from the loaf pan. Invert the cake onto a wire rack to cool completely. Slice into thick pieces and serve with sweet bean paste (optional).
