1 cup mashed potatoes

2 packages dry yeast

8 cups flour

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, soft butter, sugar, eggs, and potato water.
2.In a separate bowl, proof the yeast in warm milk and add it to the potato mixture.
3.Slowly mix in the flour until a dough forms.
4.Knead the dough for 10 minutes and let it rise for an hour in a warm place.
5.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Shape the dough into two loaves and place them in greased loaf pans.
6.Brush the loaves with melted butter and let them rise for another 15 minutes.
7.Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before slicing.
