Instructions

1.In a large pot or dutch oven, cook the meat until browned on all sides.
2.Pour in the mole sauce and add enough water to cover the meat.
3.In a blender, combine the shelled peanuts, sesame seeds or tahini, brown sugar or piloncillo, crackers, chocolate candy bar, and cinnamon stick with 2 cups of water.
4.Blend until smooth and add to the pot with the meat and mole sauce.
5.Simmer for at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until the meat is tender and the flavors have melded together.
