Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice flour, water, cooked fragrant rice, shredded fresh coconut, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
2.Mix well to form a thick batter.

4.Add the coconut milk mixture to the rice batter and mix well.

7.Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
