Ingredients

150 ml rice cream ( soy might also work , but I have not tried that , can also use regular cream )
250 g bittersweet chocolate , broken into pieces
1 banana , sliced
100 g speculaas cookies ( or try gingerbread men )
1/4 teaspoon mixed spice ( optional )

Instructions

4.Pour a layer of the melted chocolate mixture over the cookies, followed by a layer of sliced bananas.
5.Repeat the process until all of the ingredients are used, ending with a layer of the chocolate mixture on top.
6.Sprinkle the mixed spice on top, if desired.
7.Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set the dessert.
