Kale is a leafy green vegetable that is often used in salads and smoothies. It has a slightly bitter taste and a sturdy texture that makes it perfect for cooking. These kale patties are a healthy alternative to traditional meat patties. They are made with boiled kale, grated onion, egg, and flour, and are seasoned with salt and pepper. The patties are then coated in breadcrumb and fried until crispy. They can be served as a vegan and gluten-free snack or a full meal, and can be enjoyed with your favorite dressing or sauce.
