Kalbi Venison is a twist on a traditional Korean dish that is usually made with beef short ribs. In this recipe, we use lean venison loin steaks, which are marinated in a mixture of soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and other seasonings to infuse them with flavor. The meat is then quickly grilled to lock in the juices and create a crispy outer layer. This dish is perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner or a special occasion.

Instructions

1.Preheat the grill to high heat.
2.In a medium-sized bowl, combine the venison, gingerroot, garlic, onion, soy sauce, sugar, green onion, and sesame seeds.
3.Let the meat marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to an hour.
4.Remove the venison from the marinade and discard the marinade.
5.Grill the meat for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
6.Serve hot with your favorite side dish.
