Ingredients

4 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 peaches , ripe , peeled and quartered . sliced 1/4 inch thick
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
4 large eggs , separated
1 teaspoon lemon zest , finely grated
1 pinch salt
1/3 cup confectioners ' sugar , plus more for dusting
1 pint blackberry

Instructions

5.Pour the batter on top of the caramelized peaches in the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
6.Use a spatula to break the Kaiserschmarrn into bite-sized pieces and add the blackberries on top. Dust with confectioners' sugar and serve hot.
