Instructions

1.Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2.In a large bowl, combine ground beef, grated onion, chopped parsley, cayenne pepper, allspice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
3.Divide the mixture into 6 portions, and form each portion around a skewer, making oblong shapes.
4.Grill meat, turning occasionally, until cooked through, about 10-12 minutes total cooking time.
5.Serve hot with pita bread, lettuce, tomatoes, and a side of tzatziki sauce. Enjoy!
