3 -5 fresh Thai red chili peppers , halved lengthways & deseeded
3 tablespoons ketjap manis ( kecap manis , Indonesian sweet soy sauce )
1 fresh tomato , deseeded and cut into wedges
1 tablespoon fried shallot
salt , to taste
