2 lbs potatoes , boiled and mashed
1 hard-boiled egg , roughly chopped
paprika
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
6 tablespoons flour
6 fluid ounces milk
1 1/2 ounces unsalted butter
salt and pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350F.
2.Season cod with salt and pepper.
3.Combine flour and paprika on a plate and coat the fillets in the mixture. Shake off excess flour.
4.Melt butter in a large skillet and fry the fish for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
5.Transfer the fish to a baking dish.
6.In a small pan, heat the milk and 2 tablespoons of butter. Add grated horseradish and chopped parsley. Simmer for 2 minutes.
7.Pour the mixture over the fish. Add chopped egg on top.
8.Bake for 20-25 minutes and serve with mashed potatoes.
