1/2 cup cooked rice ( I cook a whole batch of brown rice , then freeze 1/2 cup portions )
1/2 cup rolled oats ( uncooked )
6 cups water ( divided )
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons honey
