1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
3 ounces angel hair pasta , broken into 3rds and cooked
3 tablespoons sesame oil
1/2 cup carrot , shredded
3/4 cup green onion , chopped
1/3 cup fresh cilantro
1 1/2 lbs ground pork
16 ounces egg roll wraps
1 egg

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, tamari soy sauce, honey, gingerroot, and crushed red pepper flakes; set aside.
2.In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the ground pork and cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
3.Add the carrot, green onion, cilantro, and cooked angel hair pasta, stirring until the vegetables are slightly softened.
4.Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the peanut butter mixture.
5.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
6.On a clean surface, lay out the egg roll wraps. Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush over the surface of each wrap.
7.Place a cooked shrimp in the center of each wrap and spoon a generous portion of the pork and vegetable mixture on top.
8.Fold the bottom half of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll up tightly to enclose the filling.
9.Place each roll seam side down on a baking sheet.
10.Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
