Instructions

1.In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.

4.Cover the pot and cook for approximately 25 minutes or until squash is tender.

7.In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and heavy cream together before adding to the puree and stir until fully combined.
8.Add grated Swiss cheese and stir to combine.
9.Season with additional salt and white pepper to taste before serving.
