1/2 liter milk

40 g cake yeast
150 g raisins
120 g candied peel ( finely sliced )

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, mix together flour, sugar, salt, and cardamom.
2.In a separate bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk.
3.Combine yeast mixture with the dry ingredients and knead until the dough is smooth.
4.Add margarine and continue kneading for a few more minutes.
5.Mix in raisins and candied peel.
6.Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
7.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
8.Grease two loaf pans.
9.Divide the dough into two equal parts and shape them into loaves.
10.Place each loaf into a pan and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
11.Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
12.Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
