3 bottles beer ( Corona Light or whatever is in the fridge )
1 cup orange juice
4 tablespoons bouillon ( Better than Bouillon Beef )
2 tablespoons ground coriander
2 tablespoons ground oregano
2 tablespoons ground thyme
1 tablespoon cooking oil

Instructions

1.Cut the pork shoulder into 2-inch cubes and place them in a large Dutch oven.
