1 package slivered almonds
4 large onions

1/8 cup coriander powder
1/8 cup ground sumac

lavash bread or 6 -8 tortillas

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350F.
2.Slice onions into thin rings and place them in a mixing bowl with the slivered almonds.
3.Add curry powder, coriander powder, ground sumac, pepper, salt, and olive oil, and toss everything together in the bowl until onions are thoroughly coated.
4.Coat chicken breasts in the onion-slivered almond spice mixture until thoroughly covered.
5.Place chicken in oven for 35-40 minutes, or until cooked to an internal temperature of 165F.
6.Let chicken cool, then slice or chop into smaller pieces.
7.Lay out lavash bread or tortillas and top with chicken and spices.
8.Roll up the wraps and serve.
