2 lbs ground pork
3 1/2 lbs ground beef
3 hot Italian sausages , casings removed
3 large white onions , diced
1 can beef broth
1 can jalapenos , diced
1 can of mixed beans
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 cans corn
1 can tomato paste
1 head garlic , minced
1 red bell pepper , diced
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
6 small fresh jalapenos , red and green
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon hot chili powder
1 tablespoon mild chili powder
5 tablespoons red chili powder
1 can tomato sauce
1 can beer
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 teaspoon Mexican oregano
2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
1 can chicken broth
2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 lime , juice of
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

5.Reduce heat to low and simmer the chili for at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
6.Add salt to taste and continue simmering the chili for another 30 minutes.
