1 egg , beaten

6 eggs , beaten

1 1/2 cups spinach , chopped

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375F and grease a 9-inch pie dish. Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions, drain, and place in a bowl.
2.Add the beaten egg, melted butter, parmesan cheese, feta cheese, and half of the ricotta cheese to the bowl with the noodles. Mix well and spread evenly in the prepared pie dish.
3.In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and Italian sausage. Cook until browned and crumbled, then add the chopped onion and cook until softened.
4.In a separate bowl, beat the remaining 6 eggs and add the remaining ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese. Mix well and pour over the spaghetti mixture in the pie dish.
5.Top the egg mixture evenly with the cooked sausage and onion, followed by the jar of Ragu Pasta Sauce. Sprinkle the chopped spinach on top.
6.Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
