1 7/8 ounces vermicelli ( bean thread )
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 package egg roll wraps

Instructions

1.In a skillet, brown the ground pork, chicken breast, and diced onion together, breaking up the meat and stirring frequently.
2.Mix in the shredded carrots, shredded cabbage, and sliced mushrooms, and continue cooking until the veggies are tender.
3.Add in the garlic salt, pepper, sugar, and salt, stirring until evenly combined.
4.Finally, add the bean thread, and stir until everything is blended well.
5.Remove the skillet from heat.
6.Whisk an egg in a small bowl to be used to brush the eggroll seam.
7.Place wrapper on a flat surface with corners angled toward you. Put two tablespoons of filling on the wrapper.
8.Fold the corner closest to you up over the filling and tuck it in.
9.Roll up the eggroll and fold in the sides. Use fingers to moisten the remaining corner with the egg wash to seal.
10.Continue until all the filling is used.
11.Fry in 350-degree oil for approximately 2-3 minutes or until egg rolls are golden brown on the outside, turning once after about 1 minute. Drain on paper towels.
