2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour ( use a flour that 's low in gluten , like White Lily flour ( but not cake flour ! )
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup frozen raspberries ( without syrup )

Instructions

9.Bake for 20-25 mins or until golden brown. Let cool and serve.
