1 tablespoon fresh gingerroot , chopped
1/4 mild onion , chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro , chopped
1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves , chopped
1 tablespoon fresh coconut meat , chopped
1 tablespoon tamarind paste
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1 pinch chat masala , spice
1 pinch garam masala , spice
1 teaspoon mustard oil

Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, combine puffed rice cereal, chickpea noodles, roasted peanuts, fried lentils, tomatoes, cucumber, mung bean sprouts, fresh gingerroot, mild onion, cilantro, coriander leaves, fresh coconut meat, tamarind paste, and lime juice.
2.Add a pinch of chat masala, garam masala, and mustard oil. Mix well.
