Ingredients

1 beef brisket

2 onions , thickly sliced
2 cloves garlic , peeled and cut in half
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.

8.Cover the pot with a tight-fitting lid and place it in the preheated oven.
9.Bake for around 3-4 hours, until the brisket is tender and can be pulled apart with a fork.
10.Once done, remove the pot from the oven and let the brisket rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
