Ingredients

3 ripe Hass avocadoes
1 lime , juice of
4 scallions , chopped
1 ripe tomatoes , seeded and chopped
2 cloves garlic , diced
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 medium onion , chopped fine
1 cup of don emilio salsa ( see my recipe )
Jerry's Outrageous Guacamole is a perfect party snack that is perfect for any occasion! The dish is incredibly easy to make and is a great way to add a healthy appetizer to your menu. Instructions

1.Cut the avocadoes in half and remove the pit.
2.Scoop out the flesh of the avocados into a large bowl.
3.Add lime juice and mash the avocadoes using a fork or a potato masher.
4.Stir in the chopped scallions, tomato, garlic and cumin.
5.Add chopped onions and salsa, mix all the ingredients together thoroughly.
6.Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
7.Serve the guacamole immediately, or cover and chill until ready to serve. Guacamole will turn brown if left exposed to air for too long.
