Ingredients

8 -10 tortillas
1 can refried beans
1 lb hamburger , browned with
1/2 medium onion
1 can tomato sauce
2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
1 teaspoon chili powder ( may add more to taste )
1 cup cheddar cheese , grated
1 cup water

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.In a large skillet, brown the hamburger meat with onions.
3.Add tomato sauce, beef bouillon granules, chili powder and water to the skillet with the browned hamburger meat.
4.Simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
5.Heat the refried beans in a separate pot.
6.Spread a spoonful of refried beans down the center of each tortilla.
7.Add a spoonful of the hamburger meat mixture on top of the refried beans.
8.Sprinkle grated cheese over the hamburger meat and beans.
9.Roll tortilla up and place seam side down in a greased 9x13 inch glass baking dish.
10.Repeat until all tortillas are filled and placed in the baking dish.
11.Pour any remaining tomato sauce mixture over the top of the enchiladas.
12.Top with remaining grated cheese.
13.Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
