Ingredients

2 1/2 lbs beef shoulder , ground or 2 1/2 lbs ground sirloin
33 butter flavored crackers , like Ritz
3 celery ribs , finely chopped
1 large onion , finely chopped
2 garlic cloves , minced or 2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons celery salt ( no substitute )
2 teaspoons marjoram
2 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
frozen peas or corn , do not use beans
mashed potatoes , made with butter

Instructions
