Instructions

1.In a large bowl, add the shrimp and scallops, then pour in the lime and lemon juice. Mix well and let sit until the seafood turns pink, usually for about 15-20 minutes.
2.In a separate bowl, add the chopped white onion, cucumber, tomato, jalapeno and serrano pepper, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
3.Once the seafood has marinated long enough, drain any excess liquid then combine it with the vegetable mixture, stirring gently.
4.Finally, add in fresh cilantro and mix. Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve chill.
